Household Moves
Basic Services – included in every relocation
• Loading – Every item will be inventoried and loaded in a systematic process. All
upholstered furniture is padded and wrapped in Stretch film which is a strong, clear
plastic that completely covers the furniture, protecting it from dirt and damage.
• Transportation – All of our trucks are equipped with an air ride suspension systems
to ensure the contents travel in the safest manner possible.
• Unloading – All items unloaded are compared with the inventory taken at the load and
accounted for using a check off sheet. Furniture, boxes and other items are placed in
the rooms you designate. Additionally, we protect your new home by using several
types of floor runners to prevent stains or scratches on carpet and wood flooring.
• Standard Disassembly/Reassembly – Standard items that must be disassembled for
transport, beds, dresser mirrors, table legs, etc. will be completed by one or more crew
members and will be reassembled upon arriving to your new home. Standard items will
usually take about thirty minutes combined to complete, anything over that time frame
may not be considered as standard. More details will be provided by your consultant.
